FILLING LINE
• The maximum speed of the line is 12000 vials/h
• The vials size are :
3-4 ml ( same format parts ) and 7 ml.

Sterilization Oven
When the vials have been transferred to the front of the static oven, They will open the front of the static oven, and the trays go inside.
Afterwards, the trays will go into the back of the oven.
-Production speed is 12000 vials/hour
-Formats coming with the line is 3 ml and maybe 7 ml.
Washing Unit
The vials are put into this washing unit, this washing unit works with the vials are been put upside down in the trays inside this washing unit.
The Vials will be rinsing, cleaning and drying.
When the vials have been rinse, clean and dry, they will put the vials on the trays and pick up by trolleys, then transfer the vials to the front of the static oven.
